1. What problem(s) brought this case to the attention of the Department?
This case was brought to the attention of the Department after it was discovered that the Carlisle children were victims of sexual abuse and exploitation by the babysister, ie:........
2. Why does the family or child currently need DCFS services?
The family needs services to address sexual abuse, community resources and parenting.
3. Summarize significant developements/events in the case since the last plan.
Since the last case plan the family continues to recieve services through: Samantha, Heather and Jamie Carlisle. All continue to recieve sexual abuse treatment through SATP and are reported to be doing well. Linda Carlisle continues to recieve mental health services through Bridgeway Mental Health for both therapy and medication. Ms. Carlisle continues to have issues with regards to parenting and using her mental illness and medications as excuses for poor parenting. Ms. Carlisle is not getting her children off to school, causing problems with truancy and is not maintaining the home and the basic living skills such as preparing meals for the children. Ms. Carlisle also has innappropiate expectations of her children.

"Linda continues to struggle with parenting issues, this worker has recieved several complaints regarding Ms. Carlisle's lack to follow through in areas of consistent parenting. The children have reported that Ms.Carlisle does not regularly prepapre meals, is failing to get children up for school and does not consistently set boundaries and consequences. Ms. Carlsile admits herself that she yells excessively and does not know what to do with the children as they will not listen to her. This worker also has concerns about Ms. Carlisle's expectations of the children and her leaving Samantha in charge of the children too frequently"

"Although Ms. Carlisle has attended a pyschiatric evaluation and is curretnly recieving individual therapy through Bridgeway Mental Health, she has not followed all reccommendations of her pyschiatrist by taking her medications as prescribed. Ms. Carlisle is inconsistent in taking her medications according to the orders and often takes herself off of the medications or adjusts the time of day she takes them without consulting the psychiatrist"

Bitches! What the fuck do they know? They aren't here, they aren't me! They don't have my emotions, my weaknesses, my fears, or my doubts. How can they jus sit there and judge? I hate them all...I wish they would die...
